Gustavsberg Pynta Teacup & Saucer
Stig Lindberg designed the ”Pynta” series in 1962 for the Gustavsberg factory with geometric shapes and colorful decorations of food and utensils.
Pynta, with its era-typical expression, was produced in 1962–1965.
Measurements:
Cup Diameter: 8.5 cm (3.4 inch),
Cup Height: 5.9 cm (2.3 inch)
Saucer Diameter: 15.5 cm (6.1 inch)
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition
Very minor signs of use - Some minor scratches on the saucer
No chip, cracks, or crazing
There is a defect from manufacturing - A small scrape on the edge of the cup, but it's under the glaze.
