    Instruction:
    1. Soak whetstone for 5-10 minutes before sharpening. (Do not soak the wooden base)
    2. Hold knife at correct angle (about 20 degree) and stroke the blade across #1000 grit side
    3. Alternate blade sides each strokes or every 3 strokes (Ensure the top surface wet by sprinkling more water on the top of the stone)
    4. Turn over the stone and polish the blade on #6000 grit side
    5. Test the burr with paper (DO NOT USE FINGER, DANGEROUS)
    6. Clean the stone and knife with water. Store it in dry place.
