Civil War 12 ball Shotgun Load Dug Sweeten's Cove TN by me 1862 Site Gen. Adams, CSA. These 12 calls mike at 0.31 caliber & were dug out of a hole with over 60 in it, this size only.
This is on a mountain side where Gen Adams CSA troops were totally surprised by the Yankees and scattered to the winds, Over 2000 total rounds were recovered from this site over a 10 year period --- one hole had 306 bullets in it of 7 different types & calibers,
