SHIPPING
When you use the "Add to Cart" feature an automatic shipping discount will be applied to multiple purchases.
I do my best to ship within 1 business day of receiving payment (unless it is the weekend/holiday when the post office is closed). Close of business is 5pm EST.  If you pay over the weekend, I will not receive it until Monday morning. I will then ship your item no later than Tuesday.
In order to reduce my carbon footprint and to offer low shipping rates, I reuse packaging materials when appropriate (ie. boxes & cushioning materials).
RETURNS
I accept returns within 30 days of the buyer receiving the item(s). Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unsatisfied at all. I want you to be happy with your purchase. I am honest in my descriptions and assessments of items, but understand, as an eBay buyer myself, how important it is for the customer to be satisfied with the purchase and how as a busy mom sometimes things may go unintentionally overlooked.
